The sun’s rays sparkle on the surface of the lake, the birds chirp in the valuably old trees. No noise, no stress, just nature. At the Monticolo Lake, or more exactly at the restaurant “Rast am See”, life is beautiful! Here, I don’t enjoy only a light, natural cuisine, and regional specialties, but also different readings and concerts.

In the morning, I enjoy a romantic breakfast on the terrace. Fresh smoothies, healthy porridges, freshly baked croissants, a cup of coffee… Is there a better start to the day? In the afternoon I enjoy a drink, a homemade cake, or an ice cream made with love in the romantic garden café with trendy lounge furniture. And in the evening, a dinner à la carte is waiting for me, which could not be more idyllic with the beautiful view of the lake. A glass of South Tyrolean wine with it and the day at the lake is perfect!
